Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
As all our products are custom-made, please contact us before claiming a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Non-returnable items:
Customized products that have been used or altered
Items not in their original condition
Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Refunds:
Once your return is being processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days
