Shipping Policy

All orders will be custom-made Production time depends on the specific requirements Products should be shipped within 1-2 business days Extra packaging time may apply to certain products A tracking number will be provided once the products are shipped No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days Please allow additional transit time If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen

Standard shipping: 5-12 business days
Sea shipping: 15-20 business days
We offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Our company is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer

Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

Return Policy
Returns:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. As all our products are custom-made, please contact us before claiming a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Non-returnable items:
Customized products that have been used or altered
Items not in their original condition
Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Refunds:
Once your return is being processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days
